Cancellation & Postponement Policy

To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our turf, we follow a strict harvesting and delivery schedule. Please read our cancellation terms carefully:

If you wish to cancel or postpone your order for any reason, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up date. If notification is received without sufficient notice and the turf has already been harvested to fulfil your order, you will be invoiced the full amount. This invoice must be paid in full before placing any future orders. If the turf has been harvested and the customer cancels too late, we are not obligated to refund or waive the invoice.

Please understand that turf is a perishable product. Once harvested, it cannot be stored, re-used or resold. Late cancellations result in product loss and operational costs that cannot be recovered.

Refund Policy

To ensure fairness and transparency, please note the following conditions regarding refunds and returns:

No Refunds for Late Cancellations
Orders cannot be refunded once turf has been harvested to fulfil your request. Orders cancelled or postponed within 24hrs of your delivery or pick up date are considered late.

No Refunds for Over-Ordering
Please double-check your measurements before placing an order. We do not offer refunds for excess turf due to miscalculations or changes in project scope.

No Returns on Turf Products
Turf is a perishable product and cannot be returned once harvested. We recommend laying your turf promptly to ensure optimal health and performance.
